Client: OCSWSSW (Subcontracted)
2025-Ongoing
This campaign supports the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) through accessible editorial content, podcasts, and digital storytelling that clearly explains the College’s role as a regulator to the public.

The work focuses on strengthening public trust by translating complex regulatory concepts into clear, human-centred stories that reflect the realities of social workers, social service workers, and the communities they serve across Ontario.
The campaign also highlights cultural humility as a core principle of modern social work and social service work, reinforcing the importance of equity, inclusion, and reflective practice in a diverse social landscape.
A key focus of the campaign is communicating OCSWSSW’s public protection mandate, highlighting how regulation, accountability, and professional standards work together to protect the public interest.
